Drop/Add & Withdrawal Procedures |

SCHEDULE CHANGES Changing your schedule, once you have pre-registered, is
easy to do provided you follow these simple guidelines.
IF YOU DROP/ADD.... Courses dropped after the
last day to drop without academic penalty must be done at the appropriate
registration center and IF YOU WITHDRAW.... Written notification of withdrawal is required from
students who need to withdraw from the University during a term. Please
send a letter or form to the Registrar’s Office by certified mail or deliver
it in person. You may not withdraw by telephone or email. |

to Schedule Book for specific dates and other information.
Click the link, then choose the
appropriate semester schedule. Dates are normally listed on
page 1 (not counting the cover). Use the Table of Contents to
locate other information.
Student Access System (Internet) - NOTE: THIS PROCESS MAY BE CHANGING FOR THE FALL 2007 SEMESTER. CHECK BACK LATER FOR MORE INFORMATION OR CHECK THE JSU HOME PAGE. Use your Student ID Number and your 4 character password to enter the Student Access System. Initially, your password is your Month and Date of birth (i.e. If your birthday is June 4, your initial password is 0604; October 23 would be 1023, etc.) You will be required to change your password upon initial entry to the Student Access System. Follow the instructions for completing the on-line submission.
